How to request your VISA letter 

1. Fill out the form and click submit

2. Send a copy of your passport and hotel booking confirmation to pandmvisaenquiry@ubm.com

3. Once we have received the above, we will process your visa letter request. Expect a response from us within 48 hours (dependent on demand)

4. We will contact you only if we have any queries or once we've processed your letter. 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you only request a visa letter once you have registered for Safety & Health Expo and have reserved your accommodation.
